Former minister Vishwanath urges govt to promote II PU students in language paper

Mysuru: Former Education minister A H Vishwanath urged the state government to announce Pre-University results at the earliest.
Speaking to the media here on Thursday, Vishwanath said that “the PU is the turning point in every student’s lives. With one exam remaining due to the Corona pandemic, their future holds uncertain. Since it’s a language paper and not so important in their later degrees, the government should take measures to pass them in this paper”, he observed.
He further said that he has conveyed the same to Primary and secondary education Minister S Suresh Kumar.
