Former minister Raja Madan Gopal Nayak passes away

Bengaluru: Former minister Raja Madan Gopal Nayak passed away on Monday. He was 67.
Nayak who was a Congress MLA representing Shorapur Assembly constituency in Raichur in 1989, was a minister for APMC in the cabinet of then chief minister M Veerappa Moily (who was the CM from November 1992 to December 1994).
Nayak was also the chairman of Hyderabad Karnataka Education Society (HKES).
