Former India footballer Narasimhaiah passes away in city

Mysuru: Former India football player P Narashimiah (73 ) passed away in the city on Sunday afternoon due to illness.
Narasimhaiah had represented Karnataka in Santosh Trophy and also University of Mysore. He had represented Ideal Jawa Football Club, Mysuru in the league matches for many years. He has served as a Governing Board member from Mysore in Karnataka State Football Association (KSFA) also.
All the football players from Mysuru and the Office-bearers of Mysore District Football Association have condoled his untimely death.
He leaves behind his wife, one son and a daughter.
