Forest personnel teach road discipline at Nagarahole

1 min read

Mysuru: Forest personnel are on awareness drive on Mysuru- Manandavadi road that cuts through Nagarahole forest. It’s also a tiger reserve area.

The people who travel through the forest in different types of vehicles erupt in joy at the sight of flora and fauna. Some unmindful of the rules, also dispose wastes of types in the forest that will prove hazardous to animals.

Hence, the forest personnel are involved in teaching road discipline by distributing pamphlets containing do’s and don’ts, at the inter-state check post at Bavali, D B Kuppe range that falls under H D Kote taluk of Mysuru district. As the green is the symbol of forest, the pamphlets are also in green colour.
