Farmer’s son from Chamarajanagar cracks UPSC exams with 601st rank

Mysuru: A farmer’s son from Chamarajanagar has made the district proud by cracking UPSC exams with a rank.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)  declared results of 2020 on Friday. Among 761 successful candidates, around 19 candidates are from Karnataka who are placed in top rankings.

Pramod Aradhya from Halladamadanahalli in Gundlupet taluk has secured 601st ranking. In his second attempt Pramod was successful and now his village and parents are happy about his feat.

Pramodh Aradhya is the son of farmer Rudraradhya and Mamatha Mani couple.

Pramod pursued his dreams to crack civil services exams with scholarship from backward classes welfare department and was coached at an institute in Delhi, to hone his skills.
