Environmental friendly Ganesha takes shape at government school

Chamarajanagar: With every Gowri-Ganesha festival, the message of worshipping environmental friendly Ganesha is getting stronger.
The students of Government Higher Primary School at Hongalli near Bandipur forest in Gundlupet have been involved in making Ganesha idols from clay.
Head Master Mahadeshwara Swamy who is creating awareness on the significance of environmental friendly celebration of the festival from 25 years, helped the students in preparing the idols.
After the festival, the idols can be immersed in a bucket of water or tumbler.
