Eight trains to be extended to Ashokpuram Railway Station shortly

Mysuru: Mysuru-Kodagu MP Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar said, eight train services will shortly be extended to Ashokpuram Railway Station (AP) in the city.
It is due to the efforts of South Western Railways (SWR) and the commissioning of the Ashokapuram yard, along with the completed electrification of Road 1 to Road 5.
The train services being extended to Ashokapuram Railway station and further starting from this station are:
1️⃣ MAS-MYS-MAS Kaveri Express (16021/22)
2️⃣ MAS-MYS-MAS Express (12609/10)
3️⃣ SBC-MYS-SBC Malgudi Express (20624/23)
4️⃣ KCG-MYS-KCG Express (12785/86)
5️⃣ SBC-MYS-SBC MEMU (06525/26)
6️⃣ SBC-MYS-SBC MEMU (06559/60)
7️⃣ SBC-MYS-SBC MEMU (06255/56)
8️⃣ SBC-MYS MEMU (06257/58)
Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Minister for Railways Ashwini Vaishnav, Indian Railways is witnessing a complete transformation and this extension of train services from Ashokapuram Station will enhance passenger convenience and operational efficiency across Mysuru and nearby areas.
South Western Railways continues to make strides in improving connectivity and infrastructure, Yaduveer Wadiyar said.
