ED files fresh charge sheet against KPCC President D K Shivakumar

New Delhi: The enforcement directorate (ED) has filed a fresh charge sheet against KPCC President D K Shivakumar at a special court for ED in the city.
The charge sheet is learnt to have been filed in relation to the raids on various properties belonging to Shivakumar conducted in the year 2019.
The ED officials who had quizzed Shivakumar for four days, had arrested him later.
Shivakumar who was in judicial custody for over 50 days, later came out of jail on bail. He is out on bail since then.
