Drugs case! Aryan Khan, friends to remain in NCB custody till October 7

Mumbai: Three persons including Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan arrested in a drugs case, were sent to Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) custody till October 7.
Aryan Khan, his friends Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha had been sent to one day NCB custody on Sunday, after their arrest. When they were produced before the court again on Monday, they were further handed over to NCB custody till October 7.
The Special Public Prosecutor appearing for NCB had sought for custody till October 11.
Advocate Satish Manshinde appearing for Aryan Khan had strongly argued against extending the custody, on the basis of drugs found in the possession of the co-accused in the case.
However, NCB is adducing at the WhatsApp chats that say more than what meets the eye.
It may be mentioned that NCB sleuths raided a party on Cordelia Empress cruise ship off Mumbai coast, on Saturday night, where Aryan Khan and others were found. It was only after hours of quizzing them, arrests were made on Sunday evening hours.
A total of eight including Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker and Gomit Chopra have been arrested in the case.
