Devotee from Bengaluru drowns in Devikere at Chamundi Hill

Mysuru: Chetan, a devotee from Bengaluru, drowned in Devikere near Chamundi Hills.
Krishnaraja Police rushed to the spot upon receiving the information.
A group of friends had arrived at Chamundi Hills on Thursday. Early Friday morning, they visited Devikere for a bath, during which 27-year-old Chetan tragically drowned.
Later in the morning, a priest from Chamundeshwari Temple, who went to Devikere to collect water for the temple, discovered Chetan’s body and immediately informed the Krishnaraja Police substation atop Chamundi Hills.
