DCP Dharmendar Kumar Meena suffers injury as SUV runs over his leg

Bengaluru: DCP (North) Dharmendar Kumar Meena was injured after a SUV partially ran over his leg in Goragunte Palya on Monday.
The DCP was supervising the bandobast as the farmers and various other associations are staging protests in various parts of the city on account of Bharat Bandh.
The left wheel of the car in the front ran over the right heel of the DCP. Soon after the incident, the fellow policemen stopped the SUV and also helped DCP towards a chair.
The DCP removed the shoe and checked the wound and was seen limping back towards his vehicle.
Meanwhile RMC Yard police detained the SUV driver and seized his vehicle.
