Crazy Star Ravichandran’s mother Pattammal passes away

Bengaluru: Sandalwood actor, producer and director ‘Crazy Star’ V Ravichandran’s mother Pattammal Veeraswamy passed away, after a prolonged illness on Monday. She was 83.
According to sources close to the family, Pattammal who was admitted at an ICU of a private hospital passed away in the early morning hours.
The mortal remains will be shifted to the house on Rajkumar road in Rajajinagar to enable the relatives to pay their last respects. The last rites will be performed later in the evening.
Ravichandran who was very much attached to his mother, was emotionally sharing about her condition during his appearance in many reality shows as a special invitee.
Ravichandran had credited his success in celluloid to the constant support of his parents.
Pattammal is the wife of late N Veeraswamy a prominent film producer of yesteryear’s, who with his Eshwari Productions had produced several movies, especially Kannada, featuring leading actors like Dr Rajkumar, Vishnuvardhan, Ambareesh to name a few.
