Covid induced financial crises! Young theatre director Naveen Kumar commits suicide

Mysuru: Covid crises followed by lockdown leading to financial difficulties has claimed the life of a theatre person in the city.
Naveen Kumar (32) allegedly committed suicide by hanging at his house in Vijayanagar in the city.
Naveen who had a troupe of his own, had directed several short plays, staged at various auditoriums in Mysuru and Bengaluru.
However, following the lockdown, Naveen was in deep financial crises. Upset, he is suspected to have taken the extreme step.
Vijayanagar police have registered a case.
