Coronavirus! Prohibitory orders clamped in Chamarajanagar till March 28

Chamarajanagar: To check the spread of Covid- 19, the district administration clamped prohibitory orders according to section 144 CrPC. The ban orders will be effective from the midnight hours of March 23 to 28.
Deputy Commissioner Dr M R Ravi announced that it is inevitable to take precautionary measures in the interest of public safety and health.
Similarly as the district borders Tamil Nadu and Kerala States where more positive cases are reported, followed by Mysuru, Mandya and Bengaluru from where vehicles enter the district in large numbers, all types of private (white board) and taxis ( yellow board) from those places are banned in the district. The ban will be in place till March 29.
