Convicted woman prisoner dies, heart attack suspected

Mysuru: A convicted woman prisoner who was under treatment at Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research passed away on Saturday. She is suspected to have died of heart attack.
Radha (33) a native of Halebid taluk in Hassan district is the deceased person.
Radha who was arrested on the charges of murdering her husband in 2015 was proved guilty of the charges in 2017. Since then she was lodged in Central Prisons Mysuru.
Radha had collapsed inside the jail. Since then she was undergoing treatment at Jayadeva Hospital.
