1 min read

Mysuru: Taking objection to MLA S A Ramadass’ statement that legal issues concerning Survey no 4 in Kurubarahalli and survey no 46 in Alanahalli were cleared, KPCC spokesperson M Lakshmana said that these issues were solved when Siddaramaiah was the chief minister.

Speaking to media persons here on Friday, he threatened to protest before Ramadass’ house if he fails to provide land records – that were not available to some 25,000 property owners in these layouts- in a month.

Since, these two survey numbers were declared as B-Kharab land (Government land), property owners in these two survey numbers had been having a harrowing time as they could not transact the land. However, the vexed issue has now finally been solved. With the clearance of all legal hurdles, they are now eligible to land documents.

He condemned the government’s move to hike fuel prices and said that the party was planning to protest.
