Cong mayor nominee seeks BJP MLC’s blessings!
1 min readMysuru: J Gopi the Congress Mayor candidate of Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) stunned all on Tuesday, by seeking the blessings of BJP MLC À H Vishwanath. However, Gopi withdrew his nomination later.
For the first time after his election to Legislative Council from BJP, Vishwanath is taking part in Mayor election to exercise his franchise.
When Vishwanath arrived at MCC, Gopi met Vishwanath and took his blessings.
Vishwanath also a former minister and Mysuru-Kodagu MP has followers irrespective of party as he had a long innings with Congress, followed by his short stint in JDS, before switching side to BJP.
