Mysuru: Mysuru Brahmin’s Cafe near Chamundipuram circle in the city has taken a noble step to pay tribute to V G Siddartha, who made coffee a talk of the world.
Siddartha the founder of indigenous Cafe Coffee Day chain of cafeterias died recently.
To condole the death of Siddartha, Brahmin’s Cafe will be offering complimentary coffee to its customers for two hours from 7 am to 9 am on August 3.
Singer Dr Shweta Madappady who runs the cafe along with Sri Prasad has said ‘it is an honour to make people remember Siddartha while sipping coffee, and for emerging as a model to others. It was how we coming from different fields could also succeed as hoteliers’.
The cafe is just a year old and offers both the traditional and regular food items at a reasonable price.
