1 min read

Mysuru: A snake was rescued from Hebbal police station at the wee hours of Sunday. The snake identified as Cobra had slithered  beneath the UPS inside the station.

S Balasubrahmanya alias Snake Shyam and his son Suryakeerthi who rushed to the spot on intimation, rescued the reptile. It was about three-and-a-half feet length.

According to Suryakeerthi, ” as it is a mating season, the chances of snakes irrespective of species coming out in the open are high. Hence the people are advised to be more cautious. It is better, if the people are stepping out in the dark carry torch. In cass if anybody steps on a reptile, the chances of being bitten, as snakes attack in self defence are high”.

Snake Shyam and Suryakeerthi are available anytime- call 9980557797, 7022042028.
