CM Yediyurappa to offer bagina to brimming Cauvery at KRS

Bengaluru: Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa will be offering bagina to river Cauvery at Krishnaraja Sagar dam in Mandya on August 29.
In a list of tour programme (TP) released from the chief minister’s secretariat, Yediyurappa will be leaving in a helicopter from HAL airport at 10.30 am and land at Hotel Lalith Mahal Palace helipad in Mysuru at 11.20 am. He will drive towards Chamundi Hill and visit the temple of Goddess Chamundeshwari at 11.45 am.
He will fly towards KRS and land at Karnataka Engineering Research Station (KERS) helipad at KRS at 12.45 pm.
After offering bagina he will travel in the chopper towards Kodagu and hold a meeting in Madikeri with the district officials on flood. The chief minister will visit flood affected areas in the coffee land.
