City photographer wins award

Mysuru: City photojournalist Madhusudan SR has bagged well-known conservation photographer Ram Ki Memory honorary mention award organised by Linen Club Nature In Focus under Wildlife Conservation category. One of his photographs of two wild tuskers in Periyapatna was chosen for the award.
More than 20000 photos, over 1200 participants from 20 countries had participated in the contest.
The award ceremony was held at Jayamahal Palace, Bengaluru, last week. Well known conservation photographer Late Ram Ki brother Swaminathan presented the award and actress Diya Mirza was present on the occasion.
