CCB cops raid massage parlour, bust flesh trade

Mysuru: City crime branch (CCB) police raided a spa near Highway Circle in the city and busted a flash trade racket.
According to a release from police Commissioner’s office, Elizabeth Rani wife of Lawrence from Mandya was running Dream Spa and Beauty Zone, a massage parlour. In the name of massage, she had forced three women into flesh trade.
Following the raid, police rescued three women and arrested Rani and Madhu a customer from Vijayanagar. They have seized Rs 6,000 and cell phone and other articles from the spa.
A case has been registered at N R police station.
The team was led by CCB Inspector A Mallesh and NR Police Inspector G Shekar. The team included ASI Raju, Joseph D Noronha, D Sreenivas Prasad, W D Deepak, Purushottam, V Raghu, Rajashree Jalawadi, Gayatri, Srikanta and Srinivas K G.
The raid was conducted under the supervision of DCP ( law and order) Dr A N Prakash Gowda and ACP ( CCB) V Mariyappa.
Police Commissioner Dr Chandragupta has appreciated the team for the raid.
