By- elections to Legislative Assembly! Counting of votes on at R R Nagar, Sira

Bengaluru: Counting of votes of the by- elections held to R R Nagar and Sira Assembly constituencies have begun on Tuesday.
Former MLA Muniratna is seeking reelection on BJP ticket, while the novice Kusuma wife of late IAS officer D K Ravi is the Congress candidate and Krishnamurthy is contesting from JDS.
At Sira, Ammajamma wife of late MLA B Satyanarayan is the JDS contender, while former minister T B Jayachandra is trying his luck again on Congress ticket and Dr Rajesh Gowda is testing his luck from BJP.
In both the constituencies, the counting of postal ballots are over and speculations are rife that BJP is leading in both the seats.
