1 min read

Mandya: As BJP general secretary Arun Singh incharge of Karnataka arrived in Bengaluru on Wednesday, BJP leaders sought divine intervention to ward off the evils troubling Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa.

The party workers led by Shivakumar Aradhya gathered at Sri Kalikamba Temple in the town and broke coconuts in all the eight directions of the temple.

They prayed the God to bestow wisdom to those leaders who have expressed their animosity seeking change in leadership, and have a change in mind.

The leadership of Yediyurappa is very much essential for the party. Or else it will be difficult for the party to get a majority. Let it be impossible that there won’t be any change in guard in the State, the party workers prayed to the God.

BJP leaders Hosahalli Shivu, Varadaraju and Ravi were present.
