Be honest, transparent and judicious in work: Upa Lokayukta directs officers

Mysuru: Upa Lokayukta Justice K N Phaneendra on Saturday advised the officers to be honest, transparent and judicious while discharging their duties.
Upa Lokayukta Phaneendra who presided over the meeting to receive grievances from the public at Zilla Panchayat Auditorium in the city, said “We have received grievances already in seven districts and Mysuru is the eighth district. The programme is conceived on the basis of equality for all.”
All the three wings of the government Legislative, Executive and Judiciary should function in a judicious manner. Legislative frames the law, Executive implements the law, while Judiciary sets right the anomalies in case of any violation of law and rights. The government plans many programmes for the betterment of life of people. Wherever Legislative and Executive deviates from the path and violate law and commit dereliction in duty, Lokayukta will file a case and act against the guilty, said Justice Phaneendra.
