Basavaraj Bommai takes oath as new CM! BJP workers in Mysuru celebrate the occassion

Mysuru: BJP workers in the city celebrated the occassion of Basavaraj Bommai taking oath as the 30th chief minister of Karnataka on Wednesday.

The party workers took part in the celebration organised at the party office- Sachin Rajendra Bhavan at Chamarajapuram.

BJP State Vice- president Rajendra described it as the moment of happiness as the outgoing chief minister B S Yediyurappa selected a suitable successor in Basavaraj Bommai. It will be a game changer in party winning the next elections in 2023 too, said Rajendra.

The party workers raised slogans in favour of Yediyurappa, Basavaraj Bommai, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP National president J P Nadda.

They also distributed sweets to each others.

Corporator K J Ramesh, BJP city general secretary Giridhar, Vanish, Somasundar, State BJP Yuva Morcha Vice- president Jayashankar, City Raita morcha president Devaraj, backward classes vice- president Shivaraj, MUDA member Lakshmidevi, State director of women and children’s welfare department Renuka Raja, Yuva Morcha Vice- president K M Nishanth, Leela Shenoy, Jeevan, Mamatha, K M Shankar, Nandakumar, Ramprasad, Chandrashekar and others were present.
