Baby fallen ill after swallowing remote cell, dies in hospital

Mysuru: An ond-and-a-haf-year-old baby hospitalised after swallowing the button cell of a TV remote died on Friday.
On August 31, Hemanth son of Skandamani Raju of Ittigegud had swallowed the front of the button cell of the remote.
As the baby fell ill, the parents had rushed it to K R Hospital.
The baby succumbed on Friday.
