After eight months of constant investigation, Lashkar cops solve gold lifting case

Mysuru: Lashkar police who were investigating into a theft case have arrested a person and recovered Rs 13.5 lakh worth gold valuables. 

Mohammed Imran native of Madikeri taluk, Kodagu district is the accused person. The case was cracked after eight months of constant tracking by the investigators.
A woman had boarded a bus from Ramanagar to Madikeri. Upon reaching Madikeri, she learnt that 89 grams of gold valuables kept in the bag were missing. She had later lodged a complaint with the police.
Lashkar policemen Manjunath, Pradeep and Chinnappa Kalloli succeeded in reaching Imran. 
DCPs Dr A N Prakash Gowda ( law and order) and Geetha Prasanna ( crime and traffic), ACP (Devaraja sub-division) Poornachandra Tejaswi, PI Suresh kumaKumar R and SI Gowtham Gowda have lauded their efforts in cracking the case.
