Actor Anirudh Vishnuvardhan wants State to adopt Gujarat model to tap solar energy

Bengaluru: Actor Anirudh Vishnuvardhan has appealed Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa to adopt Gujarat model to tap renewable sources of energy in the state.
Following the growing demand for conventional energy, Anirudh has shared a newspaper clip with media about Gujarat, where the solar photovoltaic panels are mounted on open drains to harness solar energy.
Anirudh has suggested that the “Open canals in our State also could be got closed as per Gujarat model where we could have solar panels fixed for the energy to be generated. Also we could have side walls with vertical garden”.
