AAP Mysuru district  convener Malavika Gubbivani  submitting a memorandum to Deputy Commissioner Dr Bagadi Gautham in Mysuru on Wednesday

They later handed over a memorandum, addressed to the CM to Deputy Commissioner Bagadi Gautham.

Speaking on the occasion Malavika said “deceased Santosh Patil had brought this 40% commission demand to the notice of party higher ups more than a year ago but no action has been taken. The Central Government too had not acted on the letter written to PM by the Kempanna of the Contractors’ Association. Since Eshwarappa is an influential person and if he is not arrested he may tamper with the evidence. This will send a wrong signal to people of the state” she said.

She further added that the people will lose faith in this government if it is harassing the very people whom it is supposed to protect.

Along with Malavika, Media Coordinator G R Vidyaranya, Women’s Wing President Usha Sampathkumar, Organizing Secretary Renukaprasad, Youth Wing President Mohammed Ismail, Ravichandra, Rangaiah, Girish Machalli and others were present.
