Section 144 in Mutthathi! Ban orders clamped to check New Year revellers

Mandya: To prevent New Year revellers from venturing into water and forest and tourist spots Mutthatthi in Halagur hobli, Malvalli taluk in the district, prohibitory orders are issued according to section 144 of IPC.
Tahsildar of Malvalli K Chandramouli has issued the prohibitory orders that will be in force from December 31, 6 am to January 1, 6 am and January 1, 6 PM to January 2, 6 am.
