Murder bid on Sait! SDPI to meet DG&IGP for justice-

Mysuru: Under attack from various corners over the murder attempt on former minister and MLA Tanveer Sait, Social Democratic Party of India ( SDPI) leaders have decided to meet DG and IG of Police Neelamani N Raju to seek justice.
Meanwhile the familly members of six suspects in police custody have warned of committing suicide outside Police Commissioner’s office.
SDPI National General Secretary Abdul Majeed said on December 2 ” It’s due to the constant pressure of BJP and Congress, the police have arrested six persons in the case belonging to the party. However all of them are innocents. Neither they nor their families have any link with the case”.
Reiterating the demand for handing over the case to judicial commission, Majeed said “We want the judicial probe as the police are not handing the investigation in a transparent manner”.
Advocate Anas said ” Initially the police were not allowing to meet the accused. The family members were also refrained from meeting them”.
The family members of the accused who also shared the ordeal before media persons warned of ending their lives in front of police Commissioner’s office. They are all innocents and have clarified the facts before investigators too.
Apart from Farhan Pasha the prime accused in the case, the other arrested persons are- Muzamil, Muyeem, Noorkhan, Syed Muzeeb, Akram and Aadil Pasha.
