Maharana Pratap’s descendant Arvind Singh Mewar passes away

Udaipur: Arvind Singh Mewar, a member of erstwhile royal family of Mewar passed away at the age of 81 on Sunday.
Arvind Singh Mewar, a descendant of famous Rajput king Maharana Pratap, was suffering from prolonged illness.
A resident of City Palace, Arvind Singh was a former Ranji cricketer and polo player. He was the Founder of HRH group of hotels, under which he had successfully converted many of the Palaces into hotels.
He is survived by his wife Vijayraj Kumari, son Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar and two daughters.
The last rites will be performed on Monday.
