Dr Shrikrishna Mittal conferred Maharaja Agrasen Global Icon Award

Mysuru: Karnataka Gaushala Mahasangh President Dr Shrikrishna Mittal was honoured with Maharaja Agrasen Global Icon Award at Agra Alankaran Samman Ceremony oorganised by All India Agrawal Sangathan at Ambedkar International Auditorium, Janpath, New Delhi on Sunday.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Bhilwara MP Ramcharan Agrawal, Param Pujya Geeta Manishi, Mahamandaleshwar Swami Gyananand, institution president and outgoing Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Gupta, chairman Pradeep Mittal etc. appreciated the work of Dr Mittal.
It is noteworthy that Dr Mittal is currently engaged in public service as the president of South Indian Agrawal Samaj, Mysore Agrawal Samaj, Pushpanjali, Mysore Hemophilia Society, Karnataka Gaushala Mahasangh, Akhil Karnataka Gau Raksha Sangh etc.
Author of various books, Dr Mittal’s recent book Gau Raksha was praised by then Union Animal Husbandry Minister Prashottam Rupala.
Dr Mittal, former national convenor of the National Cow Conservation Cell of BJP and the Zonal President of Karnataka Animal Welfare Board, has been serving as the Convener of various committees of the Animal Welfare Board of India, Government of India.
