Defective number plate: City cops seize 88 vehicles in special drive

Mysuru: The City Traffic Police conducted a special drive on November 5 against two-wheelers riding defective number plate vehicles and vehicles without number plates and seized 88 vehicles.
Action is being taken against the riders of those vehicles under Indian Motorvehicle (IMV) Act.
The city police have filed cases against 3631vehicles in 2024 under IMV Act, for defective number plates and riding without number plate.
The drive will continue in the future days too.
