Senior Section Engineer run over by train at City Railway Station

Mysuru: A Senior Engineer of South Western Railway (SWR), Mysuru Division died in an accident that occurred at City Railway Station on Wednesday.
Prabhu (45) who was serving as a Senior Section Engineer, Mechanical Department, SWR, Mysuru Division is the deceased person.
Prabhu was allegedly run over by a train at Platform Six of the railway station at about 1.30 pm.
According to sources, Prabhu had returned to duty after leave. The duty of the section starts at 12.30 pm and ends at 8.30 pm. The incident has occurred within a hour of reporting to duty.
