Golden way to create awareness against chain snatching

Mysuru: On Akshaya Tritiya Day when most people prefer to buy gold valuables in anticipation of something auspicious, a city based organisation created awareness against chain snatching cases.
Members of Pragnavantha Nagarika Vedike led by Jogi Manju, including former corporator Partasarathi ( Pathi), social worker Raghuram Vajapayee and others created awareness among women outside a jewelry showroom on Tuesday.
The women were advised against wearing valuables in a showy manner especially while going out for a morning stroll.
