Cobra in scooter doom rescued at Palace!

Mysuru: There may be no place in the city where snakes are not found.
The recent is, in a scooter parked at Lokaranjan Mahal Palace compound next to Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens also known as Mysuru Zoo.
Raghavendra a manager of the palace was shocked a while, after one of the labourers informed him about a snake making its way into his scooter. He contacted one of his friends at zoo, and informed him about the ‘hiss’ trouble.
The friend told him about snake rescuer Kemparaju and the latter reached the palace after receiving the information.
In the meantime, Raghavendra had summoned a two-wheeler mechanic, who was removing the parts of the vehicle. However, the snake was not found.
Assuming that the snake may be in the headlight doom, they removed the doom and their assumption turned true.
Kemparaju told Mysoorunews “It was a cobra just about a year old. It took one hour to rescue the reptile”.
