People in coastal areas should be always alert: Udupi Pejawar Mutt seer

Mangaluru: Udupi Pejawar Mutt Seer Sri Vishwaprasanna Teertha Swamiji has appealed to the people in coastal areas to be vigil and alert always.
The Swamiji who came out with an appeal in the wake of recent incident of the pressure cooker blast at an autorickshaw near Nagoori in Mangaluru on November 19, also advised the people to alert the respective department in case they come across suspicious activities.
“It is imperative to be alert as Kambala, Deepotsava and several other religious activities are organised in the coastal districts. If any untoward incidents happen in such places, the damage caused will be huge”, the seer added.
