JDS downfall began with my exit from the party, claims Siddaramaiah

Mysuru: Opposition Party leader Siddaramaiah on Saturday said ” the downfall of Janata Dal ( Secular) started with his exit from the party.”
Siddaramaiah was speaking during the launch of Congress membership drive at his native Siddaramanahundi in the district.
“When I was the JDS President JDS had won 59 seats in the Assembly elections. As I was ousted from the party, started the slide of the numbers of JDS. How can they come to power again?” said Siddaramaiah.
The regional party is restricted to four to five districts. But the leaders claim to return to power in the next Assembly elections in 2023, said Siddaramaiah.
