Rotary Mysore West conducts ‘Defeat Diabetes’ campaign

Mysuru: Rotary Mysore West in association with Inner Wheel Club of Mysore West and Dia Care organised Defeat Diabetes campaign here on Wednesday.
It was an auspicious day for Rotary Mysore West, as they celebrated World Heart Day in a very meaningful and meticulous way.
Rotary India has taken a staunch initiative in organising ‘Defeat Diabetes Campaign’ for all Rotary clubs. Rotary Mysore West in association with Inner Wheel Club of Mysore West and Dia Care took the lead in fulfilling this rationale.
Blood Sugar testing, Hypertension and Thyroid were the major emphasis.
Teachers from two Rotary schools, members from Rotary Mysore West and Inner Wheel Club of Mysore West actively participated in this venture.
Dr S R Renuka Prasad was the doctor who took the lead.
AG Rtn C S Ravishankar, Rtn Dr B Chandra, Rtn Dr S A Mohan Krishna, Rtn G K Sudheendra, Rtn Karthik Kashyap, Rtn Kalyan Reddy, Rtn Ganesh Chowdhary, Ann Bhavani Chandra, Ann Shwetha Krishna, Dr Sonia Mandappa were also present.
On the occasion, Rtn C S Ravishankar spoke about the importance of programme.
