Mysuru: Students Nurses Unit (SNU) Unit of JSS College of Nursing, Mysuru celebrated International Nurses Day 2021 recently
Due to Covid-19 situation, the event was held virtually.
The Guest of Honour was Thippeswamy Billahalli, Lead Nurse, department of Respiratory Medicine, Homerton University Hospital, London.
On the occasion a webinar was organised on ‘Nurses: A Voice to Lead-A Vision for future healthcare’ for BSc Nursing students.
Resource person for the webinar Thippeswamy Billahalli spoke about current scenario of Covid-19 in India and the need for Health care system.
Total 100 participants including BSc Nursing students and faculty of College of Nursing attended the webinar.
R Mahesh, Director of Medical Education Division, JSS Mahavidyapeetha presided.
Aswathy Devi M K, Principal JSS College of Nursing, Mysuru was present.
