Mysuru gets lion share in new office-bearers, says City president Srivatsa

Mysuru: BJP City president T S Srivatsa has welcomed the new list of office-bearers of the party State unit.

Srivatsa has termed the nomination of three leaders from Mysuru- Mysuru- Kodagu MP Prathap Simha, M Rajendra and former MLC S Siddaraju as a lion share for Mysuru.
Following the nomination of Rajendra as Vice- president and Siddaraju general secretary belonging to backward classes, the particular community has got its due and Simha who is a favourite among youth has also got his due as a Vice-president. With this, the party will get further boost in old Mysuru region, said Srivatsa.
Likewise Udupi- Chikkamagaluru MP Shobha Karandlaje who shares a good rapport with women and has a concern for Mysuru district always has been also named as Vice- president.
“B Y Vijayendra who is always considered as a youth leader is also catapulted to the top rank. I wholeheartedly thank State president Nalin Kumar Kateel on behalf of the people of the district for exceeding our expectations”, said Srivatsa.
Siddaraju felicitated
Following the announcement of the list Srivatsa rushed to Siddaraju’s house in the city and felicitated him.
Corporator Shivakumar, backward classes Morcha president Jogi Manju, leaders Ramesh, Pradeep Kumar, Jaishankar and cable Mahesh were present.
