1 min read

Mysuru: BJP MLC and former minister A H Vishwanath on Friday dropped a bombshell alleging that “80 per cent of those who went inside ( referring to those who had one on one meeting with BJP national general secretary Arun Singh) have sought change in leadership in the State.”

This assumes significance as Arun Singh is scheduled to return to Delhi today evening after two days visit.

Vishwanath who had strongly voiced for change in guard in the State on Thursday, citing age and lack of energy in incumbent chief minister B S Yediyurappa, continued to up his ante.

“Majority of MLAs have demanded for change in leadership. But they are not coming out in the open, ” alleged Vishwanath.

Meanwhile, oral orders have been issued from the party not to speak for and against Yediyurappa.
