Chamarajanagar: A 50-year-old man was trampled to death by a wild elephant in the forest on Wednesday.
Guruswamy of Hongalawadi village had gone to the forest in search of his missing cattle on Wednesday evening. However he came face to face with the elephant leading to his tragic end.
The incident came to light when his family members went in search of him when he didn’t return home later.
