Mysuru: Niramaya Foundation in association with Swachanda Group and Suraksha Foundation, is set to host the 2nd Rolling Cup Visually impaired Women’s Cricket Tournament, now known as the Heritage Cup 2025, on Sunday, April 13, at Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering (SJCE) Campus, Manasagangotri, from 8 am.

Now in its second successful year, the tournament is a celebration of inclusivity, talent and the unifying power of sport. It aims to highlight the strength, determination, and sporting skills of visually impaired girls through competitive cricket.
“This tournament is more than just a game. It’s about empowering these young athletes, building their confidence, and breaking stereotypes,” said representatives from Niramaya Foundation.
The four participating teams are- Niramaya and Rangarao School for Blind from Mysuru and Deepa Academy and Sneha Deepa from Bengaluru.
Prominent dignitaries including MLA T S Srivatsa and H V Rajeev of Pramathi Educational Institutions, Dr N Chandrashekar, entrepreneurs Bhaskar Kalale and Achutha Bachali, Dr Kavyashree, Assistant Professor, Maharanis College and Indian Blind Cricketer Lokesh will grace the occasion.
